Insurance Denials of Coverage for Mental Health Care

Approximately three in four insured adults who say they received mental health treatment in the past year reported experiencing a problem with their insurance.¹

Our firm challenges these insurance company denials, both at an individual level and class-wide level, to address the systemic issues which obstruct access to mental health care.
